Statement on Diversity

PIA National has released the following statement regarding the death of George Floyd and the events resulting from this tragedy.
The recent deaths of George Floyd and many other members of the black community have once again shone a spotlight on the tremendous injustices in our society. We know it’s not enough to just have empathy for those impacted, but we must commit to the changes that we want to see.
PIA stands for equality and justice; we repudiate all forms of racism, discrimination, and senseless acts of violence.
PIA prides itself on respecting the dignity and moral wholeness of every person without condition or limitation. We believe in the abiding principles of fairness, respect, integrity, and honesty, in both our business and personal relationships. We believe it is our communal responsibility to do what we can to make our neighborhoods, towns, and cities better places for all of us to live and work.
