Through YPIA’s Mentoring Program, you’ll have a unique opportunity to develop a meaningful relationship with and learn from a seasoned industry professional as well as your peers.
What is the Mentoring Program?
The YPIA Mentoring Program is set up differently than other programs. Groups of 3-5 young agents will be formed geographically and matched with a mentor. Through quarterly meetings, the members of each group will have the opportunity to learn from peers as well as their mentor.
