Tradeshow Exhibits:
- Each booth is 8’ x 8’. All booths contain 8’ high pipe and drape, one 6’ skirted table, 2 folding chairs, and a 7” x 44” ID sign with company name. If you have specific needs for your space, you must contact PIA no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Booths must be set up by 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
- All booths must be open and staffed during the posted tradeshow hours: Thursday, May 8, 2025, 11:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Booths should be taken down immediately following the tradeshow. Booth materials are not to be left in the hall after Tradeshow hours, unless prior shipping arrangements have been made through our Expo Company.
- Payment for your booth is due with the submitted contract. Due to limited space, reserved booths will be released 45 days after reservation if payment is not received or other arrangements have not been made. All invoices are due no later than March 24, 2025. There is no refund if you cancel within 45 days of the event.
- Payment for the booth includes one tradeshow registration. You must pay $85 for each additional PIA Member and $120 for each additional Non-Member who will attend the tradeshow. Tradeshow admittance is included in convention registration. If any Booth Attendees plan to attend the convention sessions, please submit a convention registration form to avoid being charged twice.
Convention Program Advertisements:
- Cancellations may not be made by the advertiser or advertising agency after the submission deadline of April 4, 2025.
- Ads can be either bleed or non-bleed ads (see page 5 of our Exhibitor & Sponsor Packet for dimensions). Bleed ads must have .125” trim (cutting tolerance) on all sides. If artwork does not have .125” trim on all sides, ad will run with a white border instead of bleeds.
- Changes or adjustments to ads cannot be guaranteed by the publisher (PIA) if requested after the submission deadline of April 4, 2025. Changes will only be made if reasonable and if time allows based on PIA’s discretion.
- The publisher (PIA) assumes no responsibility for the content of advertising. Opinions stated in advertising are solely those of the Advertiser. The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement.
- If you do not pay at the time of ad reservation, you will be invoiced at the time of ad placement. All payments are due prior to April 4th.
